Feeds
The first step in integrating with Fitle is sharing data about your products and returns.
- Products: These are the items in your inventory for which you want to provide size recommendations. This data will be imported into our system and prepared for recommendations. In our system, a product is defined with its set of sizes.
- Returns: These are items that customers send back to you. This data will also be imported into our system and used to enhance recommendations for your customers.

Products are added or updated in our system based on their unique product identifiers. If a product is removed from the feed, it will not be automatically removed from our system.
Depending on your e-commerce platform, returns may be defined as orders. In this case, we will need to import the orders and extract the returns from them.
To ensure consistency, we recommend using product identifiers that remain unchanged across different platforms, especially if you switch CMS during our collaboration.
