If your product is enabled for recommendations, you should see the widget on your product page and be able to start and complete the recommendation process.

To ensure your integration is successful, it’s important to test the reception of events in Fitle’s back-office. Navigate to Integration > Tracking Debug, and use the drop-down menu to select the event types. Verify that both events, cart and transaction_end, contain accurate information related to your transaction.

Additionally, check that both events include the tracking_id. This session identifier helps us track the user’s journey and is essential for determining conversions from recommendations to purchases.
