Widget Behavior

This section explains how to customize the user recommendation experience provided by the widget.

To adjust these settings, go to the back-office and navigate to Integration > Plugin Customization > Behavior. Here, you will find the following options:

Plugin

• Show reference brands screen: This option allows users to select from a default list of brands and categories, along with their sizes. The selected items will influence the recommendations provided.

• Show comfort screen: This feature displays a visual representation of the most comfortable sizes, highlighting areas of the body that may need adjustments, whether they are too large or too tight.

• Show body shapes screen: This option prompts users to choose their body shape, which helps tailor recommendations.

• Show user survey screen: This feature allows to gather feedback from users about their experience. The survey appears when users click “Back to shopping.”

• Show cross sell screen: This option adds a “Suggestions” tab that displays additional clothing items that complement the user’s selections.

• Show size chart screen: This feature provides a tab that shows the user’s inferred measurements and how they correspond to different size charts.

• Show chosen reference brands on reference brands screen: Similar to the “Show reference brands screen” option, this allows you to create a custom list of brands in the back-office section Settings > Manage Reference Brands. This option can only be selected if “Show reference brands screen” is also enabled.

• Show foot length screen: This feature displays information about shoe comfort to assist in making recommendations.

Widget

• Recommendation in widget: This option allows to display the recommendation in the widget as soon as the user lands on the product page.

• Show widget tooltip: This feature provides additional information about the recommendations when users hover over them.

Language Settings

Configure which languages are available to your users and set your default language.

Enabled Languages

Your account has all 14 languages enabled by default, allowing you to use the language attribute immediately without any setup. If you want to reduce the available languages, you can uncheck the ones you don’t need.

Default Language

Choose your default language from your enabled languages. This will be used when:

• No language attribute is specified in the widget
• A language attribute is specified but that language is not enabled

Language Configuration

To change the Enabled languages or set a default language, follow these steps:

1. Login to your dashboard
2. Click on Integration to expand the menu, then click on Plugin Customization
3. Go to the Behavior tab
4. In the Language Settings section:
   • Enabled languages: By default, all 14 languages are enabled. Uncheck languages you don’t need
   • Default language: Choose your default language from your enabled languages

Language Selection Priority

When the language attribute is provided in the widget, the system determines the display language in this order:

1. If the specified language is enabled → uses the specified language
2. If the specified language is not enabled → uses your default language
3. If no language attribute is provided → uses your default language
