Glossary
The documentation might contain jargon, abbreviations, or simply ambiguous words that might require to be cleared up. This glossary aims to provide a list of terms and their intended meaning.

back-office: the administrative interface that you will be given access to manage your account and the recommendation service;

client ID: your identifier as a client; it is communicated to you by our team;

CMS: Content Management System, the platform that you use to manage your e-commerce store (e.g. Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.);

custom element: a custom HTML element that is used in your product page to instantiate the widget;

dashboard: part of the back-office where you can see the performance of the recommendation service;

feed: the items that your e-commerce store shares with us; it can be a list of products, orders or returns;

GTM: Google Tag Manager, a tool that allows you to manage and deploy marketing tags on your website;

iFrame: (inline Frame) is a webpage embedded within another webpage; our recommendation widget opens an iframe that guides users through the recommendation process;

PDP: the Product Detail Page, your e-commerce product page;

widget: the graphical element (button, or clickable text) that allows users to initiate our recommendation service;
